Fringe benefits that ACLEDA Bank Plc. provides to employees are:

1- During the probation period:

• Salary (by position)
• 2 sets of uniforms per annum
• Health insurance
• Disability compensation
• Work-related accident compensation
• Travel expenses inside province
• Travel expenses outside province

2- After successfully passed the probation period, employees are entitled to receive additional benefits as follow:

• Child allowance (maximum 4 children)
• Bonus (for Khmer new year and Pchum Ben ceremony)
• Dividend (profit sharing)
• Pension fund
• And other benefits

ACLEDA Bank conscientiously sets an example in good employment practices. We provide medical, pension and other welfare benefits, such as personal loan schemes, for all staff that have completed probation. In 2000, ACLEDA Bank pioneered a formal Employee Share Ownership Program—believed to be the first in Cambodia—by which all members of the staff have the right to participate in the bank's success by freely buying and selling beneficial rights to its shares through ASA, Inc.
