Interested candidates are requested to fill in the application and biography forms either downloaded from here or acquired from our Headquarters or Provincial Branches at no cost.

Please enclose the above biography, a copy of study certificates and study record certified by municipal officer, a copy of citizen ID card, a copy of resident or family book, a copy of birth certificate, and employment card (all documents must enclose original certificates for verification).
