ACLEDA Bank's ATM Using

ACLEDA Card is simply small, easy to keep in yourself and you can get ACLEDA Card for free.

ACLEDA Card is issued by ACLEDA Bank to accountholder to operate his/her account through ACLEDA Bank's ATM and ACLEDA POS anytime — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Requirements

• Having an account (savings account, current account or demand deposit account) with ACLEDA Bank
• Majority. If he/she is a minority, customer can use supplementary card.
• Having a valid identity card

Supplementary Card

• Supplementary Card can be offered to other customers (including under 18 years old) upon the request of the primary cardholder
• Any reference to the ACLEDA Card issued to the primary cardholder shall also apply to the supplementary card
• The primary cardholder shall be liable for all cash withdrawal made, including all charges incurred through the use to the supplementary card, as well as for any breach by the supplementary cardholder of ACLEDA Bank's terms and conditions

ACLEDA Gold Card

ACLEDA Gold Card is an ACLEDA Card covered by gold color on the front and back surface of the card and you can use ACLEDA Gold Card to make withdrawals and payments in larger amount than ACLEDA Card offers through ACLEDA Bank's ATM and ACLEDA POS throughout Cambodia.

You can use ACLEDA Card to make withdrawals and payments via ACLEDA Bank's ATM or ACLEDA POS per day for one card as follow:

How to Make Cash Withdrawal

1. Insert your card in ATM
2. Select language (Khmer and English or Khmer and Chinese)
3. Enter your 6 digit PIN
4. Select a transaction type
1. Fast cash (this transaction allows you to choose the amount of money needed from the listed options such as $20, $40, $80, $100, or $200)
• Select the type of currency (Khmer Riel or US Dollar)
• Select an amount you wish to withdraw
• Please take your card
• Please take your money
• Finally take your receipt
2. Cash withdrawal
• Select the type of currency (Khmer Riel or US Dollar)
• Select account type
• Enter amount of money you want to withdraw
• Please take your card
• Please take your money
• Finally take your receipt

Note: If your card is lost or stolen or your PIN is disclosed or comes into the knowledge of a third person, you must immediately notify ACLEDA Bank 24 hours Call Center at +855 (0)23 994 444 or +855 (0)15 999 233, and also inform in writing to the branch in which you have your account with ACLEDA Bank.
