Awards from Western Union Club 500

Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia — March 25, 2009 — ACLEDA Bank Plc., a leading commercial bank in Cambodia, was honored with "Grand Master Location" and "Best Improvement" awards for customer service excellence 2008 from Western Union Club 500 recognising as an elite of top performing locations and our outstanding effort and achievement in delivering services to customers. This was driven by six drivers which are speed, convenience, safety, care, reliability and simplicity.

Club 500 is a program that targets high-volume locations to retain loyal customers and increase their number while — and this is crucial — converting one-time customers into loyal ones.
