ACLEDA VISA Debit Card

In order to provide easier payment facilities for our customers, we are proud to introduce you a new Electronic Banking Service called "ACLEDA VISA Debit Card".

ACLEDA VISA Debit Card is an electronic plastic card loaded with latest technology based on the EMV (Europay, Master and VISA) / Memory Chip to provide stronger security that recognised by VISA Inc. and used its system and logo, with ACLEDA Bank and VISA logo, the card is created by ACLEDA Bank to allow customers to make withdrawals through any ATM and payments via any POS throughout Cambodia and around the world where the VISA or VISA Plus logo is displayed.

ACLEDA VISA Debit Card has two types:

ACLEDA VISA Debit Card domestic is a card for making withdrawals and payments through any ATM and POS of ACLEDA Bank or other banks in Cambodia where the VISA or VISA Plus logo is displayed.
ACLEDA VISA Debit Card international is a card for making withdrawals or payments through any ATM and POS of ACLEDA Bank or other banks in Cambodia or overseas where the VISA or VISA Plus logo is displayed.

ACLEDA VISA Debit Card General Notice

Having logos of ACLEDA Bank and VISA;
Loaded with latest technology based on the EMV to provide stronger security and magnetic stripe on its back;
Having a valid date (good thru). When the card expired, it's no longer use;
Having a word "Debit" on the face and top of the card. It means "Debit Card". All operations via this card are debited from owner's account.

Fee Charges

Fee of ACLEDA VISA Debit Card making withdrawals from other banks' ATM or POS is:
- In Cambodia, USD4.00 per transaction;
- Overseas, USD4.00 + 1.00% of transaction amounts.
ACLEDA VISA Debit Card's cancellation or change between VISA Domestic and VISA International after six-month period is free of charge.

Transaction Limit

You can use ACLEDA VISA Debit Card to make withdrawals and payments per day for one card as below:

The maximum transactions through both ATM and POS of 5 times;
Making withdrawal through ATM up to USD1,000 or KHR2,000,000 and POS up to USD200 or equivalent to any other currency;
Making payments through POS up to USD2,000 for ACLEDA VISA Debit Card domestic, USD4,000 for ACLEDA VISA Debit Card international or equivalent to any other currency;
Making payments over the internet up to USD2,000 or equivalent to any other currency.

Note:

Fee of other banks' VISA Card from oversea making withdrawals from ACLEDA Bank's ATM is USD4.00 per transaction. For VISA Card of other banks in Cambodia and Europe making withdrawals from ACLEDA Bank's ATM is free of charge.

Fee of other banks' VISA Cards making withdrawals from ACLEDA POS at our branches is 1.50% on withdrawal amount (min. USD2.00) per transaction.
