Bill Payment Service via ATM

Now you can pay your bills through ACLEDA Bank's ATM. Bill Payment Service via ATM lets you pay your bills with your ACLEDA cards (ACLEDA Card, ACLEDA Gold Card, or ACLEDA VISA Debit Card) from ACLEDA Bank's ATMs at any province/town in Cambodia.

At the moment, ACLEDA Bank Plc. is serving Bill Payment via ATM with Electricité du Cambodge (EDC) in Phnom Penh and Kandal province.

Special Features

  • An ACLEDA Card can be linked for the bill payment up to 6 Consumer Numbers.
  • A Consumer Number can merely link with one ACLEDA Card.
  • Pay your bills with currency on your bills. If currency on your bills and your account is different, we will automatically settle your account according to the exchange rate of ACLEDA Bank on the transaction day.
  • You must have sufficient balance in your account for your bill payment.
  • When paying your bills by ATM, you need the invoice(s) issued by supplier(s) to verify the Consumer Number and due amount.
  • Keep your receipt for at least 2 weeks for verification purpose, in case you need for future reference.

Fees Charge

The fee charge is only US$0.25 or equivalent to KHR per transaction and automatically deduct from your account.

How to Use ATM for Operating Bill Payment Service

  1. Insert your card in ATM
  2. Select language (Khmer and English or Khmer and Chinese)
  3. Enter your 6 digit PIN
  4. Select a transaction type
  5. Select requested type
  6. Select account type
  7. Select company
  8. Enter/select Consumer Number:
    • For first-time transaction, you need to enter Consumer Number into ATM
    • For the used Consumer Number, you only select Consumer Number shown on ATM screen
    • For new Consumer Number, you need to select Add New Consumer Number, and then enter your Consumer Number you wish to pay
  9. Enter amount in bill
  10. Your transaction is successful.
Note:
  • You can pay your bills based on your actual bills at least one day before the due date.
  • Please contact our nearest branch or our Call Center for further detail.
