How to Use ACLEDA Unity

To take part in developing the national economy by providing banking services with advanced technology and high security, ACLEDA Bank developed a modern service, ACLEDA Unity.

ACLEDA Unity offers access to financial services to the whole community across all mobile phone networks. It unites people under a financial umbrella that simplifies day to day banking allowing a wide range of transactions to be securely performed through your mobile phone anywhere in the country and overseas without having to visit a branch. It offers convenience, security and service wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

ACLEDA Unity allows customers to operate ACLEDA Bank's services (including ATM cardless cash withdrawal) via all kinds of mobile phones and all networks below:

  • View exchange rates
  • Balance inquiry
  • Mini statement
  • Own account transfers
  • Funds transfers
  • Bill payment (electricity, water, phone, internet etc.)
  • Top up
  • Other services

  • Having a Savings Account, Current Account, or Demand Deposit Account
    • All brands of mobile phones and all networks are able to use ACLEDA Unity
    • You can choose Khmer or English language for ACLEDA Unity
    • Having an account with ACLEDA Bank such as Savings Account, Current Account, or Demand Deposit Account
    • Available in Khmer Riel, US Dollar, and Thai Baht. For a different currency of the account, the bank will convert it automatically based on the exchange rate of ACLEDA Bank
    • Initial deposit or minimum account balance is based on the account linked with ACLEDA Unity
    • Available for both individual and business customer
    • An account that pays interest (Savings Account)
  • Having an ACLEDA Unity's Account
    • All brands of mobile phones and all networks are able to use ACLEDA Unity
    • You can choose Khmer or English language for ACLEDA Unity
    • Your account will be automatically opened when you registered to use ACLEDA Unity and will be automatically closed when your account with a nil balance for the period of three months or you stopped using the service (your mobile phone number is used as account number)
    • Maximum account balance is up to US$2,500 or equivalent to other currencies
    • Available in Khmer Riel, US Dollar, and Thai Baht. For a different currency of the account, the bank will convert it automatically based on the exchange rate of ACLEDA Bank
    • Initial deposit is not required
    • Minimum account balance is nil (0)
    • Available for individual customer only
    • An account with a zero interest

Deposit and Withdrawal 

  • Deposit at ACLEDA Bank's offices
    You can deposit to ACLEDA Unity's account at ACLEDA Bank's offices
  • Withdrawal at ACLEDA Bank's offices or ATMs
    You can make withdrawal at ACLEDA Bank's offices or ACLEDA Bank's ATMs (ATM cardless cash withdrawal) and you have to provide information below:
    • Mobile phone number
    • Gold Code1 or MPIN/PIN2
    • Withdrawal amount (you can make withdrawal from ATM that can dispense only and the remaining amount can be made at our branches)
    • OTP3 to verify the transaction

Number of Transactions

  • Having a Savings Account, Current Account, or Demand Deposit Account
    • You can transfer your funds to
      • another person whose account is within ACLEDA Bank of up to 25 times per day and up to US$1000 or equivalent for each transaction (for VIP customer: up to 25 times per day and up to US$5,000 or equivalent for each transaction)
      • mobile phone number of up to 25 times per day and up to US$500 or equivalent for each transaction
    • Besides this, it is unlimited
  • Having an ACLEDA Unity's Account
    • You can make own account transfers of up to 15 times per day and up to US$500 or equivalent per day
    • You can transfer your funds to another person of up to 15 times per day and up to US$500 or equivalent per day
    • You can make withdrawals from ACLEDA Bank's ATM of up to US$500 per day and from ACLEDA Bank's office of up to US$2,500 per day
    • You can deposit (in own account in ACLEDA Unity System) up to 15 times per day
    • You can deposit (in another account in ACLEDA Unity System) up to 15 times per day
    • Besides this, it is unlimited

For USSD5 Channel, you can transfer your funds to your own account or another person of up to 5 times per day and up to US$250 per transaction.

SMS Code via ACLEDA Unity 

You can send messages (SMS) using the below SMS Codes via ACLEDA Unity for Help (HELP), Exchange Rate Viewing (FOREX), Balance Inquiry (BAL), Mini Statement (STMT A / MORE A), Mobile Phone Top Up (TOP amount), and WAP Link (WAP).

How to access services of ACLEDA Unity (for unregistered customer)

It's easy and convenient you just go to the nearest ACLEDA Bank's branch and ask our officer to make your transaction via ACLEDA Unity such as: funds transfers, bill payment, mobile phone top up, and other services.

How to register for ACLEDA Unity

  • Simply go to any ACLEDA Bank's branch close to you
  • Show your valid ID Card, Passport, Family Book, or Driving License
  • Bring your mobile number and phone which is capable of SMS, USSD, WAP or Java Application
  • Fill ACLEDA Unity application form provided

Safe and Security Conditions

  • Do not store the PIN in any objects, in written or electronic form; it should be memorized for convenient use
  • Do not allow your PIN to be known by any other person; make sure no one is watching as you enter the PIN
  • Do not download or install any program from unknown source
  • Always check programs running on your phone. If any unknown program is found, please immediately close and uninstall it; or bring it to your mobile phone's service center
  • Do not leave your mobile phone unless it is locked
  • Log off or exit the ACLEDA Unity after your transactions are finished
  • You have to change your PIN frequently
  • The system will be logged out if you input incorrect PIN three times
  • You have to keep your phone which is registered ACLEDA Unity in a safe place. If your phone is lost or damaged, you must immediately inform us to block the service and prevent unauthorized use. If the informing is done by phone, you have to confirm in writing notice at least 2 working days to ACLEDA Bank
  • If your phone which is registered ACLEDA Unity is sold or given to other person, please come to our office immediately to register again

Note:

  1. Gold Code: a 6 digits code generated by the system and sent to the sender's mobile phone via SMS when he/she transfers fund via ACLEDA Unity to mobile phone number. The sender has to tell this gold code to recipient for setting mobile PIN or use with OTP for making withdrawal. After the generation period, this code will be valid until:
    • 04:00 AM between 48 hours and 72 hours in case you don't make any withdrawal
    • 04:00 AM in case you make withdrawal all amounts per transaction
    • 90 days in case you don't make withdrawal all amounts
  2. PIN (Personal Identification Number) or MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number): a 6 digits number selected by customer and it is used for logging in to ACLEDA Unity.
  3. OTP (One Time Password): a 7 digits code generated by the system and sent to recipient's mobile phone via SMS at the time of making withdrawal. This code is used for only one transaction and will be expired within 10 minutes after the generation period. The new OTP will be required for the next cash withdrawal. Moreover, this code is also used for cash deposits to the account owner.
  4. CIF (Customer Information File): it is used to keep on each of the information of account holders and other customers.
  5. USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data): is used to access the banking services similar to SMS.
