ACLEDA Debit Cards

ACLEDA Debit Cards are electronic plastic cards issued by ACLEDA Bank Plc. to allow customers operate their banking services conveniently via ATM, POS terminal, or e-commerce to make withdrawals or pay for goods/services anytime.

Type of ACLEDA Debit Cards

  • ACLEDA ATM Card is a type of ACLEDA Debit Card which the logo of ACLEDA Bank Plc. is displayed including:
    • ACLEDA ATM Card
    • ACLEDA Gold Card

    *** ACLEDA ATM Card can only operate with ACLEDA POS, ACLEDA ATM, and ACLEDA E-Commerce Payment Gateway.

  • ACLEDA VISA Debit Card is a type of ACLEDA Card which the logo of ACLEDA Bank Plc. and VISA are displayed including:
    • ACLEDA VISA Debit Card - Classic
    • ACLEDA VISA Debit Card - VIP
  • ACLEDA MasterCard Debit Card is a type of ACLEDA Card which the logo of ACLEDA Bank Plc. and MasterCard are displayed including:
    • ACLEDA MasterCard Debit Card - Standard
    • ACLEDA MasterCard Debit Card - VIP

Transaction

  • ATM
    • Making withdrawals via ACLEDA Bank's ATMs.
    • Making withdrawals via other banks' ATMs in Cambodia.
    • Making withdrawals via other overseas banks' ATMs.
    • Making funds transfers via ACLEDA ATM (own account transfer and fund transfer to other account in ACLEDA Bank).
    • View account's balance or mini statement via ACLEDA Bank's ATMs or other local and overseas bank's ATMs.
  • POS Terminal
    • Paying for goods/services via ACLEDA POS or other banks's POS in Cambodia and worldwide.
    • Making withdrawals via ACLEDA POS at the Bank's counters.
    • Making withdrawals via ACLEDA POS at any shops, if they agree.
    • Making withdrawals via POS at other banks' counters in Cambodia.
    • Making withdrawals via POS at other overseas banks's counters.
  • E-Commerce
    • Pay for goods/services via e-commerce system (Online Shopping) both in local and overseas worldwide.

Requirements

  • Individual
    • Be a majority;
    • Have identity card, passport, family book, or any valid documents;
    • Have an account with ACLEDA Bank Plc. such as Savings Account or Current Account;
    • Have a permanent address in Cambodia or personal contact (mobile number and/or e-mail).
  • Corporate
    • Have a proxy letter or resolution;
    • Have identity card, passport, family book, or any valid documents of company's representative;
    • Provide memorandum, articles of corporate, patent, business registration certificate, or any valid documents;
    • Have an account with ACLEDA Bank Plc. such as Savings Account or Current Account;
    • Have a company's address in Cambodia or personal contact (mobile number and/or e-mail).

How to Apply

Security Conditions

  • Do not store password in any objects; it should be memorized for convenient use.
  • Do not tell or let anyone see your password when you are using it. Standing closer to the ATM and make sure no one is watching you as you enter the password.
  • Change your password frequently.
  • Enter an incorrect password 3 times consecutively, your card will be blocked (if using with ACLEDA POS or ATM).
  • Do not tell or let anyone see your card information except making transaction via e-commerce by enter card number, expiration date, CVV2/CSC, and/or secure number that sent (SMS) to your mobile number or generated by Hard/Soft Token.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, you must immediately notify ACLEDA Bank. If you inform via a telephone, please notify in a letter within 2 days later of the bank's working day.
