Mr. PHON Narin, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Born on October 5, 1969. Candidate for PhD of Business Administration in Build Bright University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Graduated Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CUP University in Battambang in 2004. Bachelor of Management from the Institute of Management Science, Battambang, Cambodia, in 2002. Diploma of Public Administration from the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Thailand, in 1992, graduated professor of first Cycle of Secondary Education in Thailand, in 1990. Diploma of Second Cycle of Secondary Education (BACC II) in Thailand, in 1989. Diploma of first Cycle of Secondary Education in Thailand, in 1987. From 1996 he has worked in ACLEDA as Coordinator (RFSP), business trainer, credit officer, chief credit officer, district team leader. From 1996 onwards, he has attended numerous courses on banking management and microfinance in ACLEDA Cambodia and Lao PDR and six overseas courses. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 2006. He was Vice President and Deputy Head of Credit Division of ACLEDA Bank Plc from 2007 and has been Managing Director & CEO of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd since December 2008.

Mr. SRUN Sokheang, Finance Department Manager & Chief Finance Officer
Born on May 9, 1981. He obtained Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at the University of Management and Economics and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting from the National Institute of Management, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in 2003. He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. in the Financial Accounting Unit in June 2004 and became Chief of the District Accountant in June 2006. In January 2007, he was promoted to be AVP & Manager of the Branch Accountant in Mondul Kiri Branch. After that, he was also promoted to be AVP & Manager of International Financial Accounting Unit since December 2008 and he has been Finance Department Manager & CFO for ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. in Lao PDR since January 2009.

Mr. CHEN Boranchanborath, Legal Department Manager and Company Secretary
Born on October 5, 1979. Candidate for Master's Degree in Private Law at the Royal University of Law and Economic Sciences, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2000. He obtained a Certificate of Intensive English, International Relations, and Diplomacy at Pannasastra University of Cambodia and English Certificate of Secretary Skills. He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc as a credit officer in April 2001 and he was promoted to Chief of Credit Officers at Svay Rieng Branch in 2002. He became a staff of Litigation Unit in 2006 and was Assistant Vice President & Manager of the Litigation Unit, Legal Division of ACLEDA Bank Plc in January 2008. He has been Legal Department Manager and Company Secretary of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd since February 2008.

Mr. KON Rotha, Internal Audit Department Manager
Born on February 4, 1974. He has been pursuing a CPA Program at CamEd Institute, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, graduated BBA from the Faculty of Business in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 1997. He obtained a Certificate of Internal Audit as internal auditor of ACLEDA Bank Plc. on the course run by KPMG Cambodia Limited. In March 2005, he attended a training course on Business of Banking at Cambodia Institute of Banking (CIB). He started working for ACLEDA Bank as a credit officer in December 1999 and became an accountant in Phnom Penh-Kandal Branch in April 2000. Then he was nominated as a staff of Internal Audit in October 2000. After that he was promoted to be a Deputy Head of Financial Audit in January 2004 and in September 2004 became AVP & Manager of Savings-Transfers Audit Unit. He has been Internal Audit Department Manager of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. since February 2008.

Mr. YI Sokkim, Credit Department Manager
Born in 1976, obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration majoring in general management from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2008. He graduated Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in general management from the Institute of Management and Science, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2006. He has also obtained a certificate of SME lending best practice and selling skills from MPDF, Cambodia and has attended numerous courses on lending to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. He started working for ACLEDA Bank as a credit officer in October 1997 and was promoted to be Chief of the Branch Credit Officers in October 2002 and joined the staff of the Training Program Unit in May 2007. He has been Credit Department Manager of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd since February 2008.

Mr. KONG Danny, IT Department Manager
Born on February 6, 1972. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Computer Sciences from Norton University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2000 and has also earned a Bachelor of Education (B-ed) in English in 2007. He obtained a Certificate of Business Administration at PTS Pacific Technical School, Cambodia in 1996. He started working for ACLEDA Bank in the IT Division in March 2001 and then became Deputy Manager of the Network Unit since July 2006. He has been IT Department Manager of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd since February 2008.

Mr. Daoheuang OUDTHALAVONG, Human Resource Department Manager
Born on May 27, 1982. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Khmer Literature, from Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2007. From 2005 onwards he has attended numerous courses on management, Bank Accounting, Credit Officer Training, English Listening and Speaking. He started working for ACLEDA Bank Lao as Staff of Credit Department in 2008 and in October 2008 he was promoted to Head of Research and Policy Development Unit in Credit Department, in 2010 he was promoted to Head of Training Unit. He has been Human Resource Department Manager of ACLEDA Bank Lao since June 2010.

Mr. LENG Vathanak, Treasury and Operation Department Manager
Born on February 15, 1980. He obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration from Norton University in 2004. He earned a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration majoring in Accounting from National Institute of Management in 2001. He has attended numerous courses on management, accounting and Cambodian labor law in Cambodia. He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc as a teller in 2004 and in August 2006 he was promoted to AVP & Deputy Manager of the Tellers Unit, Operations Division. He has been Treasury & Operation Department Manager in ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd since July 2008.

Mr. YANG Sophannarath, Marketing Department Manager
Born on October 10, 1965. He is now pursuing an MBA at Phnom Penh International University. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, specialized in marketing, from the International Institute, Phnom Penh in 2006. He graduated Cost Accounting at the Regent College, Phnom Penh in 1998, also attended an intensive course of professional interpreter training at the Australian Center for Education (ACE), Phnom Penh in 1993. From 1996 onwards, he attended numerous courses on management and microfinance in Cambodia and overseas. From 1996 he started working for ACLEDA Bank as a Non-Collateralized Credit and Collateralized Credit Assistant in Phnom Penh. In 1997 he was appointed to the Technical Staff of the Marketing Department in Phnom Penh. He was elevated to Assistant Vice President & Manager of Marketing Unit and Product Development Unit in Headquarters in 2008 and became Marketing Department Manager for ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. since January 2009.
