Fringe benefits that ACLEDA Bank Lao provides to employees are:

1. During the probation period:
• Salary (by position)
• 2 sets of uniforms per annum
• Health insurance


2. After successfully passed the probation period, employees are entitled to receive additional benefits as follow:
• Child allowance (maximum 4 children)
• Inflation compensation
• Bonus (for Laos new year)
• Dividend (profit sharing)
• Pension fund
• Maternity leave compensation and other benefits
